As a Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for running reports for the management from the internal system, chasing employees who did not enter their timesheets, assisting employees with choosing the correct project code and adding codes to the correct projects. Moreover, you will be a check point between contractors and finance department, meaning liaising with contractors and checking their invoices. Additionally, you will be checking AP invoices and assisting in ad hoc work as required.
The ideal candidate is willing to pursue a career in accounting in a dynamic and ambitious company, has a university background in accounting or similar field and speaks English fluently.
