For our Client, international company we are looking for Candidates willing to work and develop on a position:

Managing and leading General Ledger team

Taking active part in transition and ensuring high level of accountancy service for stakeholders

Supervising, directing and reviewing work of the team

Motivating and developing the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews

Delivering optimum service quality through regular contact with key stakeholders across the company

Implementing improvements of process in collaboration with Manager
-
Experience in accounting services - GL processes

Expertise in the field of GL
-
Master degree in Accounting/Finance or related subjects
-
Very good communication skills in English
-
Experience of in coordinating projects/leading a team/supporting a Team Leader
-
ACCA, CIMA certificate would be additional advantage

Experience in SSC/BPO centers will be an asset
