Are you seeking an opportunity to leverage your skills in a role that combines both challenge and growth? We are excited to announce an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to enhance our Accounting team.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Verify and process incoming documents including PO and non PO in compliance with Tax regulations in SAP 4/Hana system;
- Ensure that all invoices are processed on time and verify the correctness of applied payment terms and methods;
- Posting bank statements;
- Reviewing and processing Travel & Expenses documents in Concur;
- Settlement of corporate credit cards;
- Perform regular analysis over supplier accounts;
- Clarify discrepancies and respond to ongoing supplier inquiries connected with payments, errors on the invoices, etc.;
- Constantly search for further automation and standardization in the process;
If you have:
- University degree in preferring fields: accounting, finance, economics;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in AP processes (invoice processing, payments, queries);
- SAP experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of Tax regulations, especially in the area of VAT, WHT and CIT;
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles, related procedures and familiarity with Customs;
- Active, responsible approach to undertaken tasks, focused on identifying and solving problems;
- Analytical and communication skills with attention to detail;
- Communicative English;
