- Settlement of current invoices and business trips (create POs and vendor accounts as needed),
- Benefits reconciliations,
- Preparation of quarterly NBP reports,
- Preparation of files for GUS reports,
- Support during the month, quarter and year-end closing,
- Preparation of current postings,
- Creation of fixed assets,
- Support in the preparation of financial statements, transfer pricing calculations.
- Student status of Management/Economics Faculty, preferably specialization Finance & Accounting,
- Proficient English; fluency in another language would be an advantage,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office,
- Available for at least 20 hours a week,
- Highly developed communication skills, innovation, pro activeness,
