As an Accountant you will be part of Client Accounting team working for one of our clients from UK real estate property management business.

Ensuring that all monetary transactions for UK property clients are accounted for correctly according to relevant regulations and legislation and reported to clients in a timely fashion and agreed format

Updating and maintaining accounting records

Rent and service charge calculations
-
Quarterly and annual reconciliations for property investment funds

Performing cost monitoring and budgetary controls

Financial reporting to clients as per assigned portfolio and in predefined format

Liaising with various parties in property management business i.e. Management Accounts team in UK, property managers / surveyors
