Capita is currently recruiting for qualified motivated individuals into the group finance team in Kraków for the position of:

Balance sheet reconciliations, including sub ledgers and query management

Posting month end journals and production of month end reports

Profit centre analysis including reconciliation of commission and payroll postings and corrections
-
Working capital review and forecasting
-
Possibility of managing and developing junior accountants
-
Have 2-3 years of accounting experience (preferably general ledger or a mix of GL/AP/AR)

Have understanding of accounting month-end close requirements
-
Hold a university degree
-
Have partial qualification in a recognised accountancy qualification such as the ACCA, CIMA, KIBR (or equivalent) or be qualified through experience

Have a good command of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
-
Have a good understanding of IFRS accounting standards and UK GAAP would be considered an asset

Have an experience of SAP and Axiom (preferable)

Are fluent in spoken and written English

Understands the importance and rigour of accurate data and data analysis

Ability to understand complex accounting transactions and how they are processed in financial systems

Capable of communicating clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization

Able to develop constructive business relationships within the team and with the Group

Capable of understanding and working within a complex organizational structure

Able to demonstrate proactivity, attention to details and problem solving abilities
