Job description:
- Invoices management and processing
- AP Maintenance and Reporting
- Responsibility for the completion of Travel and Expenses processes
- Effective handling of vendor and clients" queries
- Maintaining successful working relationships with suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish or Finnish language
- Intermediate knowledge of English (B2)
- Experience in finance functions, preferably in a multinational environment
- Education in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles in Purchase to Pay / AP activities is preferred
- Analytical skills & attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
