We are looking for the person who will handle queries related to invoice payment process, for EU countries. This job position requires daily contact with vendors and clients by phone, emails, live chat and ticketing tool regarding status of the invoices and cooperation with other IBM centers in English language.

Scope of Duties:
- Query handling process for EU countries for invoice payments related questions
- Daily contact with vendors and clients by phone, emails, live chat and ticketing tool regarding status of the invoices
- Answering on how do I questions, helping users to resolve their issues related to invoices and payments
- Cooperation with other IBM centers in English language
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working week Monday - Friday; working hours flexible (to cover 10h service), shifts to cover working time between: 8.00 -18:00 CET
- Fluent French and advanced English
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- Experience in: SAP, Excel, Accounts Payable
