As our new Accountant within A2R Group Accounting team, you will work with financial master data, intercompany and consolidation area. You can expect this position will give you a fantastic opportunity to grow, taking on more complex responsibilities as your experience develops.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial master data across organization
- Manage financial consolidation process, ensuring the financial statements accurately reflect the overall financial position and performance of the entire organization
- Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring regular settlements
- Perform General Ledger period-end procedures according to Timetable
- Generate data/reports for external authorities/audit
- Support ongoing and ad-hoc requests and projects within Finance, A2R and reporting area
- You have a thorough understanding of accounting concepts in areas of general ledger, IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- You have strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- You enjoy building positive relationship with stakeholders and within the team
- You are able to work under time pressure in challenging and changeable environment
- You take a proactive and structured approach to problem solving, and you are confident challenging existing ways of working in a positive way that drives improvements
- Completed educational background in accountancy, finance or similar
- Solid knowledge about accounting and finance (ACCA as an advantage)
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA as an advantage)
- Knowledge of SAP (Analysis as an advantage) or other ERP
- Process automation interest/experience
- Fluency in English
