We are hiring an Account Manager based in Warsaw who will retain and grow business with existing accounts as well as win new Corporate Accounts to grow the business in his/her region.
- Acquisition of new customers and building and maintain long-lasting relationships with them
- Handling RFPs and building up new market
- Preparing offers and contracts
- Leading negotiations in a win – win spirit
- Monitoring and analyzing of market data
- Keeping coherence between sales goals and customer needs and satisfaction
- Cooperation with international sales team
- Dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality who is also effective as a team player
- Excellent communication and open mind
- Proactively seeks new business opportunities
- Ability to build effective business relations and excellent negotiation skills
- Goal oriented attitude and ability to work under time pressure
- Fluent English written and spoken is a must
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Driving licensee and willingness to travel
- A sales experience within a car hire brand and ability to travel is a plus
