Job description, information about the position
  • Execute and identify key relationships with new and also potential customers.
  • Be closely in touch and support customers on Polish market.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Development Team to identify key partnerships and manage their acquisition through a robust sales pipeline process.
  • Be an advocate for a partner requirements internally, working with product management teams to identify competitive advantages that can be delivered through product development.

    • University education
    • Specialisation, field: economic
  • Language skills:
    • English - expert (interpreting) and Polish - expert (interpreting)
  • Computer skills - user:
    • Internet (e-mail, www) - advanced
    • Microsoft Excel - advanced
    • Microsoft Outlook - advanced
    • Microsoft Powerpoint - advanced
    • Microsoft Word - advanced
  • Driving licence A
  • Required experience
    • Experience at the position/in the sector: account management
  • Number of years of experience:
    • 1
  • Personality pre-requisites, additional requirements
    • Fluent in Polish and English.
    • Work experience in business field, preferably in utility sector.
    • Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
    • Good analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
    • Outstanding teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment; exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information.
    • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
