Ensure operational delivery of services at contract level, meet the contractual responsibilities and drive development and growth opportunities. Overall responsible for retention and development of contract through needed strategic and tactical actions, ensure a sustainable, successful and long-term relationship between ISS and customer. The purpose of this position is responsibility for Integrated Facilities Management within an assigned to global Client Account. The role will be responsible for the day to day strategic and operational leadership of the Team.

- Drive operational development of IFS solutions across the account
- Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by managed teams during the service delivery process
- Lead, monitor and follow up the onsite services leads
- Monitor performance and ensure delivery against critical milestones
- Secure excellence in service delivery and focus on continuous improvements
- Monitor and follow up the management of resources (people, materials) to ensure budgetary control and profitability (P&L responsible)
- Identify and address development contract opportunities through above base sales
- Manage, follow up and address development needs of the team
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure understanding of and compliance with all ISS policies and procedures at contract level
- Provide monthly qualitative analyses on financial indicators at contract level through adequate reports
- Provide information accurately to central support departments (finance, HR, purchasing) with needed information for monthly closing and reporting
- Lead and promote engagement, empowerment to drive pride, purpose and service excellence
- Meet regularly with site teams to ensure a combined approach in delivering the services to our client
- University degree: Economical, Engineering or Management studies
- Previous 3-5 years’ work experience in managing teams
- Strong customer and client focus – must have experience in customer facing Facilities Management environment
- Experience of working with P&L: interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions
- Open to listening, understanding and implementing new ideas, concepts and practises
- Commitment to the ongoing success of the business
- Providing direction, delegation and removing obstacles to get work done
- Excellent communication skills, both in local language as in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Driving license
