Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens the position for 360° Consultant who will provide off-site sourcing activities across EMEA Region for the new RPO Division.
Your responsibilities will include recognizing market potential, with the focus on Romanian SSC/BPO and ITO market, business development and crystallizing our local commercial positioning. You will be in frequent contact with clients and candidates and will be developing candidate attraction methods, interviewing candidates and matching relevant profiles to the clients' needs.
Your role will be also to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’a are met, while following Internal Client compliance procedures.
We are looking for candidate with in-house or agency experience (in large-volume recruitments as an advantage) with good business awareness of customer and market pressures. Ideal candidate should demonstrate broad knowledge of recruitment process management. We seek a charismatic, ambitious individual with recruitment, B2B sales management experience.
As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian, knowledge of Polish language as an advantage.
In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and team members.
