Zadania:
Successful candidate will work in a team providing Applications Management Services for several systems and application. Services will be delivered to a major Dutch or English-speaking client representing government sector. Job responsibilities will include applications support (incident and service request resolution according to technical instructions and knowledge database), escalation of complex incidents and problems to higher support levels as well as monitoring of applications availability and performance. Person on this position will have direct contact with Service Desk and customer representatives.
- Resolution of incidents at 2nd level of support using technical instructions and knowledge database,
- Fulfillment of service requests,
- Collaboration with next lines of support on complex incidents and problems,
- Communication handling with client representatives and Service Desk (1st level of support),
- Monitoring of systems availability and performance,
- Align with application management policies, procedures and standards,
- Maintenance of system documentation and work instructions,
- Responsibilities related to effectiveness of ITSM processes execution within the team.
- University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.),
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch or English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in technical support or in Service Management
- Good knowledge of minimum 2 of the following technologies: Documentum, Kofax, SharePoint, Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, WLS, Apache, Tomcat, Cognos, Java, APEX, ARIBA
- Fast learning,
- Good analytical and problem solving skills,
- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure,
- Strong communication skills.
