For our Client, a start- up company based near Cracow’s city centre, we are looking for candidates, who’d like to join their team as a 2nd Line Support Analyst!
Here you will be responsible for providing a direct client support for more complex or escalated issues by working independently or by cooperating with colleagues and/ or vendors and providing access to applications and systems by following company’s procedures. Moreover, you will be creating reports regarding the team’s performance and documents for knowledge transfer.
To be successful in your new role, you should have knowledge of standard hardware/ software in the IT infrastructure and be able to resolve all Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems. The perfect candidate has the expertise to independently handle inquiries by utilizing a wide range of technical support technologies and products. Fluency in English/ German, English/ Italian or English/ French is also required in order to provide help to clients and other team members.
