Klientem jest firma z branży finansowej, która wspiera użytkowników bond marketów, umożliwiając im handel, agregację danych i podgląd sytuacji na bieżąco oraz w ujęciu historycznym.*
Kogo poszukujemy?
Osobę potrafiącą telefonicznie przyjąć zgłoszenie problemu w sposób profesjonalny, nakierować na rozwiązanie, a gdy to niemożliwe od razu, potrafi problem sklasyfikować i wrzucić odpowiedni ticket w system. Następnie ta sama osoba przechodzi z roli 1 linii supportu w rolę OPSa. Kompetencje OPS: zarządzanie infrastrukturą, całościowe spojrzenie na platformę i rozwiązania po stronie klienta. Znajomość AWSa, Azure, K8s Terraform etc. Istotna jest również znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (min. B2).
