Responsibilities:
Handling of tickets within defined Service levels
Providing high quality solutions to customers and users of Big Data Analytics Platform services
Enable a constant flow of new topics to be taken over by BDAP Service Desk
Encourage effective and efficient cooperation between all BDAP teams to serve customers and users in the best possible way
Ensure good relationship to other MR Service teams who interact with BDAP
Responsible for BDAPs (highly critical) authorization sheets (AACS)
