Pre-selection of candidates

Phone interview
It is an excellent opportunity for you to present the best version of yourself. We will want to know your expectations regarding the position you are applying for, your language skills as well as the strengths and experience gained from your previous job or studies.
Face to face interview / Skype interview
Depending on your location, we will schedule a meeting at our company or via Skype. Your future manager will also take part in this interview, so it will also be a good opportunity for you to get to know your position. You can ask any questions you want - we want our meeting to be a dialogue, not a quiz.
Decision and offer
If you’re successful, we will make you an offer. If not - we will keep your CV for future recruitment purposes. We value your time, so regardless of the result, candidates always receive feedback from us.
