The company has successfully provided support in 21 languages across Europe for the past 14 years. Since its establishment, our client has consistently achieved steady growth, with a strong track record of success in technical support and customer care implementations.
At the moment they have a bilingual opportunity Polish and German (candidates need to speak all three languages Polish, German and English) to join their multinational team based I Netherlands 2 hours from Amsterdam and work on networking project and providing support to customers.

The role- Polish with German Network Support
- Dealing with customers and solving technical problems
- Answering to all incoming queries in a professional manner
- Correspondence with customers
- Communication with the team and leaders for problem escalation
Candidate profile:
- Fluency in all German, Polish and English languages
- Strong technical knowledge of Operating Systems and hardware
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI)
- Analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
