Workforce Resource Planner

Work location: Warsaw

Primary job responsibilities


Creating of short and long term forecasts
Analyzing and interpreting the historical comparisons between forecasted and offered calls, AHT, service level.
Monitoring and Tracking of KPI achievements
Providing accurate future hiring requirements 


Requirements


First experience with workforce management
German and English language (B2/C1)
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office
Self starter, open minded, willing to try new ideas, team player
