Role:
- Lead technical workstreams (Data, Integrations, Auth, Reports) in global large Workday implementation projects.
- Design and lead Workday architecture and project structure with emphasis on Integrations as well as Data Migration.
- Closely cooperate with our Clients and other team members.
- Using your analysis skills to identify and document client requirements determine integration and data strategies.
- Lead discussions with clients to gather knowledge allowing to estimate required effort.
- Plan and lead design workshops with the client.
- Ensure usage of appropriate Workday integration technology, meeting timelines and quality needs.
- Maintaining partnership relations with your Client based on trust, professionalism and engagement.
- Leading a team of Workday technical specialists on projects as well as taking part in their career development.
Profile:
- A demonstrable history of working as Workday Integration / Technical Lead of teams of 3+ on large projects.
- Background from Workday Technical / Integration / Data Conversion Consultant on multiple global implementation projects.
- Expert knowledge, 3+ years of experience with Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/WECI connectors, RaaS) is compulsory.
- Expert knowledge of the standard integration technology stack (XML, XSLT, JSON, Java and Web Services, SOAP, REST) is a must.
- Expert knowledge of authentication methods.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Integration) are a must. More certifications (CCTPP, Studio, Extend, FIN, Advanced Reporting) are preferred.
- A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
- Fluent English allowing work on international projects.
- Second foreign language at working proficiency level is preferable.
- Willingness to contribute to team growth.
