Your New Company
For our NEW Client we are looking for English speakers (level C1) to join Customer Service team in Poznan.
Main tasks and responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for the Customers (via different communication channels), therefore you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be Customer oriented. Your duties will include review and moderate user-generated content, identify technical and behavioral issues and review social media postings. Furthermore you will take applicable actions to approve or disapprove the content that requires further action.
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role you will need to have a great communication skills, fluent English (C1) and high cultural tolerance.
Experience in Social Media monitoring is welcome.
