For our partner, a global investment bank, we are looking for a Windows Engineer with Ansible.
- Microsoft Windows Server administration (2019/2016)
- Creation of new Servers (E2E installation)/VMs following the standards and automation (Ansible/Terraform)
- Analysis of current perimeter and needs for future setups favorizing virtualization
- Supporting evaluations with application teams on the migration strategy/operating system needs
- Preparing the migration plans in alignment with application teams and database support team
- Developing automations for Application installation and configuration (leveraging on Ansible)
- Migration/Upgrades of systems
- Patch management of managed environments
- Capacity management of virtualization environments
- Performance tuning of managed environments
- Support for incidents and problem management
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Experience with Ansible
- Microsoft MSSQL/IIS/Clusters knowledge
- Microsoft Azure knowledge/experience is an a nice to have
- Knowledge of Network/Storage (SAN/NAS)/Backup (TSM/Commvault/NetBackup) aspects/solutions related to Server administration
- Fluency in English
