Your responsibilities as Windows Administrator will Include:
- Installing and supporting server operating system, system management software and operating system utilities
- Modifying operating system configuration and maintaining server services
- Managing file systems and system resources
- Analyzing and maintaining operating system log files
- Applying operating system patches
- Recommending operating system updates and configuration modifications
- Problems investigation
- Cooperation with other technical and non-technical teams
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of managing and maintaining the Operating Systems (one or more platforms)
- Capable to build a new system per the Tech C35 upgrade the OS patches, and build the repository as the Operating System requires.
- Knowledge about High availability and Disaster recovery process and implementation
- Knowledge or experience of San Area Network (SAN) - configuration, troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Network troubleshooting
- Strong problem solving ability with experience of troubleshooting Window
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Quick & flawless problem resolution under time pressure
- 1 year of work experience on similar position
- Readiness to develop new skills and qualifications
- Good communication and team-working skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Skills in high availability cluster solutions, SAN (components & OS side configuration), virtualization solutions, knowledge of large scale UNIX systems management would be an advantage
- Skills in basic database/middleware/application administration/OS side dependencies
- VMware virtualization experience
