Responsibilities and Job Description

• Identification and development of suitable wind farm sites;
• Managing of internal and external consultants in view to coordinate/negotiate multiple contracts including lease agreements and attain good relations with local authorities;
• Sufficient knowledge and experience to facilitate the ability to manage expert service providers such as topography, public relations and landowners;
• Expected to participate in team goals to secure additional sites to increase project pipeline;
• Secure promising sites with potential for wind farm development;

Wymagania

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Wind Energy Business or Real Estate Development, preference will be given to demonstrable experience in successful site identification.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Good problem solving skills, flexible, dynamic and with great sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of design software will be a plus.
