Roles and responsibilities: • You will lead, organize and supervise wholesales activities • You will prepare mid-year and year plan in order to develop and execute planed goals, business and financial projects (all in order to increase wholesales revenue) • You will sell solutions and find new clients in order to generate new business • You will develop a strong and constructive relationship with clients • You will lead and organize the warehouse activities, take care of optimization of stocks • You will prepare cost calculation and monitor the costs, deal with the reclamations • You will develop a reporting process to identify, track, and communicate wholesales progress • You will prepare monthly and annual reports and other reports should the Headquarters require them • You will manage and supervise the wholesale employees…

Wymagania

Job requirements: • University degree in economics or trade • At least 3 years of experience on the managerial position (wholesale activities are advantage) • Good knowledge of the Polish market (opportunities, prices, competitors…) • Clear wholesales experiences (candidates from the industry experience have an advantage) • English knowledge • Very good client service approach… Personal traits: • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong sales skills, initiative and independence • Pro-active and punctual working attitude • Accurate, flexible and persistent • Looking for opportunities and realizing goals • Western mind setting attitude • A company Team player…
