You will work closely with project managers and the senior team members to deliver the full stack functionalities of the application. You have basic knowledge of back-end development and you are proficient in front-end technologies. You are expected to meet deadlines, communicate effectively and work efficiently, write good quality software and be familiar with development best practices and standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Coding HTML/CSS templates
- Implementation of user interfaces for desktop and mobile
- Creating cross-browser pixel-perfect layouts based on designs
- Personalisation and creation of JavaScript widgets
- Working with state of the art Javascript framework (Angular, Backbone, Ember, and React)
- Participate in the project planning/quote process with project managers, and team leads
- Analysis of client business requirements and the development of appropriate functionalities
- Identifying technical risks
- Ensuring that delivered solutions meet technical and functional requirements
- Contributing ideas and efforts toward internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on back-end development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Solid knowledge about JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge about CSS precompilation (SASS, LESS).
- Ability to deliver pixel-perfect layouts based on delivered designs.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as GIT, etc.
- Basic skills in Photoshop/Sketch/Indesign to deliver layouts based on designs.
- Basic knowledge about any CMS (Drupal, Wordpress).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, QA).
- Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently.
- Software development experience in two or more general purpose programming languages: PHP, NodeJs, Java, C++, Python, Ruby.
Minimum qualification
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field (or combined with related experience)

- Knowledge of SEO coding best practices
- Strong foundation in computer science, with experience in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
