Our Client is a leading European FMCG company. Due to the enforcement of the company's position in Poland and its strong development we are looking for the most suitable and experienced candidate to fulfill the position of WAREHOUSE MANAGER.
- Organize and coordinate the work of the warehouse, meeting production requirements and keeping proper stock levels
- Coordinate actions of implementing new solutions improving warehouse activities
- Coordinate distribution; liaise transport and warehouse processes with planning and production to ensure stock availability for loading
- Take responsibility for developing the teams and individuals by implementing a training and improvement plan
- Supervise of IT solutions supporting warehousing process
- Encouragement for a culture of high performance through accountability and responsibility
- Guarantee of high level of communication
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain / logistic / warehouse management in Manufacturing environment in FMCG sector (food/pharmaceutical/cosmetics industry)
- Deep knowledge and experience in planning and organizing teams
- Strong analytical, logic thinking and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English is a must.
