In this role you will be tasked with setting up and managing warehouse and transportation activities to ensure efficient operations according to GDP requirements, as well as on time availability for production and delivery to customers.
- Setting up and managing team, organizing work and delegating tasks
- Ensuring operations KPIs are met or exceeded
- Setting up and managing warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, quality checks, storage, orders fulfillment, transportation, complaints and returns in line with internal procedures and GDP requirements
- Documenting all movements and ensuring correct documentation in line with internal procedures and GMP/GDP requirements
- Preparing and regularly reviewing operations procedures
- Implementing WMS system
- Projects management
- Min. 5 years’ experience in managing production warehouse operations
- Practical knowledge of GDP
- WMS knowledge
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
