Visual Merchandising Specialist PL & BLT
Location: Warsaw
Role Purpose:
The purpose of the Visual Merchandising Specialist PL & BLT is to support the development and implementation of centralized processes, VM-operations and training modules for Product presentation and Retail Marketing activities.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Project driven VM-operation and execution lead which delivers high level execution of Retail Marketing & Brand strategies
- Ensure the VM concept execution processes to maximize store sell-out and enhance brand equity
- Provide optimal product assortment visibility and commercial density display at retail in partnership with regional and local Retail Teams
- Develop local hands-on Country VM team skills to enhance shopping experience in the region
- Identify local VM requirements, develop and execute specific VM training & creative VM Workshops module upgrades
- De-brief internal Store Development Team on store layout feedback, support with zoning directives
- Work closely with Store Design and Retail Marketing in order to achieve high VM standards
- Collaborate and partner with Regional VM Manager EAST to meet, monitor and report set KPI’s
- Deliver and develop VM communication strategies, support and drive the VM Guidelines development
- Regional market and competition research. Identify opportunities and develop/coordinate specialized visual direction that drive sales and increase footfall.
Your ideal profile:
- 3+ years experience in commercial hands-on-VM with a Fashion Brand or Lingerie business/retailer
- 1+ year in execution as well as structural VM development, Training background
- Fluent English and Polish spoken and written. Another language is desired
- Competent in all general Microsoft programs. Further design programs are in asset
- Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result & solution driven, ready to execute against targets
- Self-confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, open minded personality.
