- Install, configure, maintain VMware infrastructure products
- Install, configure, maintain Citrix XenApp servers and additional components
- Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems
- Support Virtual Desktop solution
- Manage and support blade and x86 servers hardware
- Implementation and support of high availability infrastructure (HA clusters, FT solution)
- Provide high level technical support for application and servers virtual platforms
- Perform capacity management reports and recommend improvement actions
- Create and review technical design plans
- Monitor vendors' release notes and plan necessary upgrades and patches as required
- Perform disaster recovery tests
- Very good English

- Strong Information Technology background
- Experience in server virtualization technologies (VMware) and/or Citrix
- Experience in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux), network basis, SAN network and disk array devices would be an advantage
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management) would be desirable
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
