We are looking for candidates for the position of:
Job purpose:
To be the primary R&D partner (‘the face of R&D’) for the Value Stream, driving the quality agenda and leading implementation and governance of all Q&FS requirements, including first line incident escalation. To assure quality and food safety of the product to meet fully consumer and customer expectations. Proactive management of risk related to food safety and driving continuous improvement of the quality and food safety management system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership:
- Drive Q&FS strategy and objectives in the Value Stream
- R&D lead in value stream FMOS meetings and quality review
- Key interface for R&D related activities within the value stream
- Drive Quality Leadership in Value Stream
2. Quality Mars Process (QMP):
- Facilitate QMP in the Value Stream (CAPAs, internal audits, continuous improvement, document creation & control)
- Support the implementation of Global Mars Standards into the value stream & enable full compliance
3. Food safety:
- Manage the food safety program within the value stream including maintaining compliance with any required external standards (e.g. FSSC 22000, ISO)
- HACCP lead for the value stream
- Govern the GMP/GHP and CCP/OPRP programs within the value stream
4. Q&FS Incidents management:
- First line Q&FS incident management and incident coordinator including handling escalations to experts (according to Mars standard)
- Leads post incident review for quality incidents and share regional incidents learnings within Value Stream.
5. Product Quality:
- Accountable for investigation of consumer & customer complaints within value stream
- Manages the effective corrective/preventive action plan regarding consumer & customer complaints within value stream
6. Q&FS representative in site projects deployment& operations:
- Q&FS representative in Growth and Value Leadership projects dedicated to the Value Stream, provides risk assessment and coordinates with relevant Q&FS experts to ensure all risks are properly and timely managed. Leader of Q&FS projects implementation in VS.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Technology / other relevant technical discipline
- An experience of at least 3-5years in Food industry or Quality is necessary
- Experience of quality and food safety in a food manufacturing facility, where scientific principles have been practically applied.
- Technical depth and detailed knowledge of Quality Management, Food Microbiology, Food Safety and Hygiene (incl. HACCP)
- Knowledge of processes taking place in the company and links between them
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Very good English skills

- Experience as leading/internal auditor will be welcome
- Knowledge and experience of problem solving methods will be welcome
