Opis stanowiska
- Managing Value Stream through:- focus on customer satisfaction (meeting customer milestones, quality deliverables)
- manage cross-functional Value Stream team to achieve targets
- profitability objectives at production, respect of budget
- end to end ownership of devices, components and processes in the Value Stream
- harmonize efforts with site / functions / other VS leaders to ensure consistency and functional excellence
- ensure resources allocation
Wymagania
- a recognized, graduate level- a technical background that allows him/her to fully understand technical constraints from different functions- 3-5 years of proven management experience in units with more than 50 employees, preferable in automotive industry- experience in a variety of manufacturing operations roles including line management- 3-5 years experience in supply chain: M&L or GS&P - the use of Project Management and Six Sigma skills enable him/her to promote solutions to technical and economical problems- strong leadership skills- good customer interfacing, communication and presentation skills- international experience- language skills, especially English- strategic agility, passionate, innovative, results driven, business acumenOferujemy
