As UX Designer (GFCP Development Expert) you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that compliance underpins every decision we make and every action we take.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be taking the role as a UX-Designer in the KYC area. Your areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:
- High understanding of business requirements and technical limitations
- Conducting user research, creating UX concepts and user flows
- Facilitate design workshops to conceptualize user experience into our applications
- Support our development teams with detailed wireframes and interaction models
- Perform user tests to validate design proposals
- Analyse, prioritize and develop requirements according to user feedback data
- Collect and keep track of customer insights coming from different data sources
You’ll join the KYC Hub, and you will on a daily basis collaborate with the KYC Release Trains. You will support driving the KYC-related changes across Nordea with respect to uplifting and streamlining KYC processes and solutions. . The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia.

Your experience and background:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with UX design in IT projects is a must
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and digital technologies
- Expert at understanding UX and UI design, digital trends and demonstration of complex problem-solving design methods
- Ability to create user flows through detailed sitemaps, wireframes, and related documentation – in Figma, Sketch, Adobe tools
- Skills to rapidly iterate designs and prototypes
- Knowledge to extract customer insights from data-driven environments
- Experience in applying with Design Systems
- Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions), working agile and experience with SAFe is an advantage
- As the project covers all geographies you can expect that you will be required to travel within the Nordics
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
- Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing)
