In this position, you will be tasked with activities needed for the purpose of development, characterization and optimization of downstream processes as well as the transfer of the proper technologies.
You will also take care of the following:
- Execution of laboratory scale studies for the purpose of development and optimization of Upstream processes
- Documenting observations, analyses of data, reporting of results and conclusions for each experimental study
- Supporting in keeping order in laboratories and laboratory waste control, taking care of proper maintenance and qualifications of the entrusted laboratory equipment, Working in compliance with health and safety rules in the technical development laboratory, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, supporting in management of consumables and raw materials preparing and reviewing SOPs and following proper data integrity systems as per with the compliance system of the company
- Collaboration with DSP and Analytical departments to achieve optimal results
Our requirements:
- University degree in Biotechnology or related disciplines
- Experience and track record in the development and optimization of protein purification in university/academia
- Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on laboratory setting
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Polish and English
Nice to have:
- Experience with lab-scale bioreactors
- Strong understanding of Suspension cell cultures and fed-batch process
- Data analytical skills
- Experience with writing technical development or scientific reports/publications
- Basic knowledge of GMP standards is a plus
