Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Diagnose the issue & respond to the customer within established timelines utilizing standardized solutions/DTPs
- Resolve basic issues related to the users profile
- Resolution of day to day tickets logged by French users
- Customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
- Refresh DTPs on a constant basis
What we expect from you:
- 1,5 years of working experience in the Time & Expense domain especially in Concur (or any other tool)
- Ability to work under time and work pressure
- Proficiency in excel and reporting
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with demanding client
- Ability to work with cross functional teams across countries
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
