For our Client, an international, fast growing IT company based in Warsaw, we are currently seeking UK Customer Support Team Mentor.
A successful Candidate will be responsible for monitoring Customer Advocates - telephone, chat and e-mail interactions with clients and ensuring that information communicated is accurate and according to firm’s standards. Moreover, this person will provide specific verbal and written feedback to Customer Advocates and their leaders regarding these interactions, analyse the reports, couch and counsel the team members and new joiners to improve quality of firm’s services. Future employee will be also recommending, supporting and providing training programs as needed.
The ideal Candidate is a person with fluent English, at least 3 years of experience in customer services area in the international environment as well as leadership or mentoring experience. We expect an excellent communication skills, open-mildness and resourcefulness.
