Key responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to e-mails
- Following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process)
- Handling Customer requests related to flights/hotels booking and car renting
- Providing Customers with all requested and relevant information
- Supporting Customers with online services (Web Check-in and Boarding)
- Cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve Customer issues
- Providing e-ticket confirmations to Customers
Perfect candidate:
- Very good level of German (min. B2)
- Communicative level of English
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experienced in a customer service role or travel industry – would be a plus
- Strong customer service focus
- Proactive
- Team player
- Able to pick up new tasks quickly
- Basic computer skills
