Travel Consultant for Corporate Travel Desk
Location: Bydgoszcz
Job description
You are responsible for efficient travel management including reservations and bookings of business travel arrangements in line with our travel policy including
- Planning and booking of flights based on resource plans
- Booking of transport means
- Reservation of accommodation
- Providing itineraries to employees and internal customers
- Ensuring travel profiles and details are accurate
- Provide advice on visa, passport and security requirements
- Managing travels on a daily basis
- Controlling the travel budget
- Making recommendations for improvement to processes to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have a degree in tourism or relevant experience from a similar job. The following qualifications and skills are required:
- Experienced in corporate travel arrangements (preferable in a travel agency). Experience with Amadeus and/or other GDS systems
- Solid understanding of travel and logistic processes
- Very good command of English
- Strong IT skills
- Flexible and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Job experience in a multinational company is an advantage
