The primary responsibility of this position is to manage transition projects covering finance and accounting processes in European entities. In a long-term perspective, when transitions are finalized and processes are operating in a stabilized environment, the position responsibilities will shift to operations excellence and will cover process improvement identification.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying transition process, planning and execution of improvements; defining and justifying projects.
- Managing the transition team.
- Facilitates effective communication and working relationships within the transition team and with the account team.
- Acting as the point of contact for transition on the account.
- Relationship management between SSC operations team and senior level management/stakeholders.
- Negotiating resources; launching project teams; managing team activities; leading teams to execute projects.
- Leading and executing process improvement projects to ensure timely closure and benefit realization.
- Driving the long term vision of the process excellence framework.
- Develop and prepare metric scorecards and status reports with process lead inputs to communicate to each unit.
- Share knowledge about Lean tools to employees at all levels of the organization.

- Good understanding of technology.
- Readiness to travel for up to 80% of time, during transition project period.
- Using Microsoft Office tools, particularly in using MS Excel and MS Power Point is desired.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Minimum 3-year transition management experience required.
- Knowledge of F&A processes and experience in improvement initiatives for F&A is essential.
- Minimum 3-year experience at a supervisory level in Shared Service Center or BPO, in AP, AR or GL area, needed.
- Experience at a supervisory level in Shared Service Centre or BPO, in AP, AR or GL preferred.
- Certification in Project management by established standard (PMI /Prince2),, preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage.
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
