Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
- To transfer the scope of the defined process activities from local organizations in the EMEA Region to SSC in Wrocław. Ensure that:
- Transition plans are in place, communicated and followed during the execution.
- The readiness of SSC and Retained Accounting Organizations is closely monitored.
- All required enablers to provide those services from SSC are implemented.
- Roles and responsibilities are communicated and understood.
- Process documentation is prepared.
- Effective cooperation between Retained Accounting Organizations and SSC in order to provide high quality accounting services.
- Deliver the Transition Project in line with recognized best practice methodology (planning, managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)
- Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from local sites to the Shared Services Center in Poland.
- Manage all stages of the migration process.
- Act as a liaison for all transition activities and stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day transition communication.
- Manage the change and assess the risks and be able to implement proper mitigation plan where required.
- Report the progress and status of the migration process and risks that occur.
- Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify and document additional process improvements opportunities for possible implementation after transition.
- Coordinate the training of site personnel.
- University degree
- Min. 5 years of professional experience of which min. 2 years working on projects, preferably on transition projects
- Experience with accounting processes transitions is an advantage
- CAPM, PMP, or other Project Management certification - preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to take the lead and proactively work on solving the issues or potential risks
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, dynamic environment
- Ability/willingness to travel (20-50% of the time)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of other European language is a big advantage
