Currently we are seeking candidates for the following position:
You will:

Support new stakeholder engagement cycle during the pre-transition period
-
Understand and translate enhanced or new requirements into a solution approach with assistance from Senior manager and develop a solution with clear value proposition to secure a buy-in from stakeholders

Drive the necessary sign off of the proposed solution with Service Function, GDS and stakeholders
-
Execute transition projects for the GDS and ensure all transitions are delivered within agreed scope, budget and timeline
-
Manage relationship with GDS leaders and their stakeholders throughout the life cycle of transition
-
Collaborate with GDS colleagues to ensure all transitions are signed off by relevant leaders, and service stabilization and continuity is enabled through GDS
-
As required, work closely with Solution & Transition team members, GDS Functions to support the delivery of transition projects within the Global Delivery Services and meet global objectives and polices

Contribute to enhancement of the transition methodology, supporting tools and processes
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities

End to end transition management responsibility aligned with the transition methodology
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Proven expertise in process re-design or re-engineering and some exposure to solution development
-
Strong project and program management skills; Strong proven client management skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence stakeholders from various disciplines and a different levels of seniority across the organization;
-
The ability to handle ambiguity and operate in a self-directed manner;
-
A proven ability to work within a global perspective, to work virtually within global established norms

Strong interpersonal skills including evidence to show can act as a strong team player working with all levels of the organization;

Comfortable with supporting internal business development, collaborate with GDS leaders to influence stakeholders decisions;

Possess a “solutioning” mindset, able to take ideas from thought to solution development and implementation;

Results-oriented self-starter with a strong track record in transition management or project management who produces outcomes with little direction;

An ability to manage workload, with minimal direction, a self starter with a strong sense of initiative;

Proven report writing skills – both verbal and written communication;

Strong presentation skills; including ability to lead workshops within the scope of transition projects;

Financially literate with good analytical and problem solving skills;

A strong understanding of corporate financial and HR systems, and an ability to work with other internal functional teams (IT, Finance, Talent, Facilities, Legal, Quality, etc.);
Other Requirements:

This role may require some overseas travel, particularly to GDS customer locations and other GDS centers.
Job Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in a business, commercial or related discipline;
-
A Master’s degree or recognized MBA is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience:
-
At least 9-11 years demonstrable experience in leading multi –country, diverse transition programs or projects
-
Proven work experience in a captive shared services or BPO environment;
-
Proven expertise in process re-design or re-engineering and some exposure to solution development;

External client consulting or business development experience is a plus
-
Project management certification (PMI PMP) is a plus
-
Process expertise certification (Six Sigma) is a plus

Ability to travel to worldwide locations, as required
