Transition Manager F&A/HRO

Position purpose
Candidate would be responsible for moving processes to the Capgemini locations, running Transition on Capgemini methodology which would include processes alignment , impact assessment, training, and management of the processes.
Main accountabilities
- Act as lead on transitions for assigned projects under F&A or HRO programs
- Manage the team of process leads and process supports and achieve overall transition objectives within budget and timelines
- Apply Capgemini Transition methodology
- Responsible for analyzing ‘as is’ processes, identification gaps, running impact assessment to identify issues/variances/exceptions
- Provide resolution/ recommendation/workarounds to fill the gaps between processes
- Responsible for documentation of the processes
- Drive change management and risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actions
- Identification and implementation process improvements
- Responsible for training service delivery team and handover the process
Requirements
- A graduate with a relevant degree from finance or business
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA is a plus
- Project management certification, such as PMP
- A minimum of 7 years demonstrable experience leading large, multi-country, diverse transition projects in BPO/SSC areas
- Proven expertise in process re-design or re-engineering and some exposure to solution development
- Strong process knowledge F&A or HRO
- Excellent team management skills with a strong result orientation
- Strong customer orientation service skills
- Willingness to travel a lot, the amount of time spent travelling overseas will vary, but could be up to 70% of the total time in role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
