As part of a dynamic team, the Transactional Administrator would be responsible for processing transactions in line with a standardized process, in close relationship with Service Complaint representatives, can be exposed to various administrative activities, depending on internal demand and customer needs.
- Processes transactions resulting from service complaints (credit notes, replacements, returns and others) in line with policies and standard operating procedures
- Ensures all documents/reports are forwarded to the appropriate stakeholders if necessary
- Ensures all administrative tasks are completed upon manager’s request
- Depending on internal demand can support team in other administrative activities (logging complaints, screening mailboxes etc.)
- Works in line with defined Service Level Agreements and accurately uses systems
- Works efficiently to reach department objectives & individual targets
- Seek for advice in case of deviation from the standard operating procedure
- Works in direct reporting to service complaints Team Leader with relationship to internal service complaint handling representatives and stakeholders from different countries for the standard approval process
- Previous experience in accounting, finance and administration is an asset
- Is able to express him(her)self fluently in English (orally and in writing)
- Foreign language in addition to English and mother tongue is an asset
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of e-mail application
