We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
The role is based on the CS account, the role will be focussed on account efficiency, client reporting, governance and transaction approval process. It will encompass managing the on-boarding of in-country brokers, getting regular transaction reports, producing consolidated regional and account-level client reports on project activity, leading regional work-in-progress reports, account governance and compliance, process management and administration.
- Collaborating with the CBRE lease administration team as required
- Collaborating with CS Business Units and Portfolio Managers as required
- Tracking down documentation and updating the database as required
- Supporting the Portfolio Manager in business unit and project specific conference calls
- Tracking active projects and preparing status reports;
- Taking direction from the Portfolio Manager and creating transactions in the transaction module
- Preparing reports (format and feedback)
- Supporting the related needs of CS's internal departments including legal, environmental, finance, and international operational teams when coordinating transaction approvals
- Collecting and inputting of all transaction information into the transaction module and management approval workflows
- Coordinating and tracking signed contract documentation and other project related documents
- Monitoring project timelines and resolve/ escalate variances
- Performing other services from time to time specifically related to the Transaction Support Role
- Fluent English and German in speaking and writing is a must
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Degree level qualification
- Proven capability in delivering Real Estate practices across the EMEA region (preferred)
- Candidates with recognised real estate qualification will have distinct advantage
- Pro-active, ability to take initiative and not wait for instructions
- Enjoys working autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
- Previous transactional and/or real estate experience is desirable
- Proven client facing experience
