Job description
What would you do as a Transaction Services Manager
- Goal setting, appraisal and development discussions and active support during business as usual
- Capacity management and dynamic prioritization
- Continual review of processes to highlight opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- Recognize and Minimize operational risk through appropriate quality control, procedures etc.
- Develop appropriate reporting tools in order to deliver the required information to stakeholders
- Building relationships around the region, initiating changes to improve cycle time / client experience
- Work Sunday - Thursday
Requirements
Who can become a Transaction Services Manager
- Fluent English, French knowledge as an asset
- Managerial experience
- Confidence, self-motivation and lots of initiative
- Ability to build working relationships with product, operations, coverage and technology staff
- Leads ad hoc projects as defined by supervisor
- Enthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
