Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Training Management Specialist

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities

Supporting back-office and front office processes and systems in learning services department

Planning and creating trainings in the system

Uploading training contents in the learning platform

Gathering data, analysing process and maintaining high quality of reports

Implementing and leading improvement initiatives

Coaching and supporting team members

Requirements

Good English and French

Min 2 years of experience in BPO/SSC or training area

Strong interest in learning and development area

Customer orientation

Excellent communication skills

Team player

Good Excel
