About the position
We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager for Breezy Company to improve the productivity of the employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

Training&Development Manager

Opis stanowiska
- Organization of training for employees of partner companies according to the current process
- Administration of the learning platform (manage the Distance learning portal, advise users on working with the portal, and process requests)
- Development of onboarding programs
- Creation of training, methodological materials, videos, courses
- Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of conducted training activities, reporting
- Keeping existing courses and training materials up to date
- Development of tests and questions, cases to test the level of knowledge
- Participation in the development, organization, and implementation of projects related to the training and development of personnel
- Conducting seminars for partners
Wymagania
- Previous experience as a Training & Development Manager or in a similar field
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
