Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Training & Development Coordinator

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key | responsibilities

Coordinating and administrating internal and external training activities in the company

Leading Training & Development Projects

Taking part in Lean implementation in Training & Development department

Planning, implementation and evaluation of learning curriculum including monitoring demand, updating the calendar of learning, marketing offerings and managing logistics

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience on similar position

Outstanding project management skills including end to end project ownership including planning, tracking, communicating project status/results, post project analysis and surveying

Good English

Excel advanced

Excellent communication skills

Team player

SAP knowledge would be an asset
