For our prestigious client (new technology/consumer electronics sector) we are currently looking for a candidate that is outgoing, well-spoken, adaptable and pioneering.
In exchange for your skills we offer you a position as:
- Identifying training and development needs within a team of Contact Center Agents,
- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the team, Project Manager and the individual,
- Working in a team to create motivation programmes,
- Creating and developing of training content.
- High school diploma (prefarable Psychology, Human Resources Management),
- Fluent command of English (proficiency level),
- Ability to communicate in German is desirable but not essential,
- Advanced level of communication skills - clarity in argumentation of the point of view, selling the ideas to the counterpart, being convincing,
- Presentation skills - audience management, PowerPoint preparation, convincing speech,
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills,
